Shipping Costs
All shipping and handling costs are based on product shipping weights and UPS shipping tables (using your zip code). Shipping and handling charges are calculated during checkout (excluding APO orders). We offer the choice of: UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS Second Day Air, UPS Next Day if available to your location. Saturday delivery is only available to those who call and specify Saturday Delivery. There is an additional charge for Saturday Delivery. Rush shipping is only available for products that are in stock. If an item that you ordered is not in stock you will be notified.

If you live in Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico we offer UPS 2nd Day Air shipping options for you, since Ground and 3-Day and Overnight shipping is not an option. Orders going to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Alaska should call us to place an order.  Orders will be charged for shipping if ground is selected.

Free Shipping*
Free shipping only applies to products marked as being available for the free shipping discount. If another item is added to the order that is not marked for free shipping, then that item will require a separate shipping charge. Free shipping is not available to Puerto Rico, Alaska or Hawaii.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico must be shipped 2-day air.

Shipping Times
UPS delivers Ground packages Monday through Saturday and Express Air packages Monday through Friday. UPS does not consider the day of pickup a shipping day. Saturday delivery is only available to those who call to specify. This is excluding major holidays. If you have questions about shipping times please call. 

Please note that these are the shipping times that UPS provides.  We do not guarantee shipping times, as we are not a shipping company.

PLEASE NOTE: UPS will not leave packages at the delivery location without a signed release left after the 1st attempt. If you are expecting a package by a certain date, please be available to receive the package from 8am to 7pm on the day of the delivery. MTBZ is not responsible for missed delivery dates due to the recipient not being available. Packages returned to MTBZ due to recipient not being available will be charged for all shipping costs.
